Thank you for your continued love and interest in KARD.

We would like to provide you with information regarding support and fan letters.

 

 

[Fan Letters and Gifts Guidelines]

- Fan letters and simple gifts can be sent via mail (courier) to ensure safe and prompt delivery.

- Direct handovers of fan letters and gifts to members in front of the DSP Media office are not permitted.

- Address: DSP Media, 3rd Floor, RBWtower, 129 Jayang-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, South Korea (Zip: 05026)

 

 

[Support Application Procedure]

1. Available Support Dates: Birthdays, anniversaries, and pre-announced dates.

 

2. Support Application Process:

- All support requests must be submitted via email only, between one month and one day before the desired date. (Inquiries via other methods are not accepted.)

- To accommodate scheduling, please apply as early as possible. (Requests are processed in the order they are received.)

- After receiving your application, we will reply to confirm the availability of the support.

[Support Guidelines]

1. Food items (cakes, desserts, drinks, etc.), cash, and cash-equivalent items (vouchers, gift cards, etc.) are not allowed.

Please refrain from including these items as they may be refused on-site.

2. Support is only allowed on birthdays, anniversaries, and pre-announced dates.

3. Support can only be conducted in front of DSP Media and only during weekdays from 10 AM to 7PM (KST)

4. Support must be coordinated and agreed upon in advance via email.

DSP Media is not responsible for any issues arising from unapproved support.

5. Only items listed in the support application will be accepted. Items not listed will be refused on-site, and penalties may apply.

6. Requests for signatures or other forms of recognition will result in the immediate rejection of that support and potential future penalties.

7. Deliveries made through other channels to staff, family, or relations without prior agreement will result in being blacklisted and prohibition from fan activities.

8. Shipments sent C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) will be returned. (Customs fees on EMS shipments will also result in returns.)

9. If a support application is canceled more than three times, future support applications from the same team or individual will be refused.

10. Inquiries regarding support can only be made via email. Phone calls or messages are not accepted.

[Additional Notes]

1. While you can select dates and times for support, there are no claims to priority or exclusivity.

2. There may be delays in delivering items to the artist due to their schedule, and same-day delivery may not be possible.

3. If you do not want the same items for support, please coordinate with other support teams and finalize the items.

4. DSP Media will not be involved in or responsible for issues related to offline events (e.g., coffee trucks, etc) organized by fan pages or fan unions.

5. Requests for information about other support teams (e.g., team representative info, items, schedules) are not allowed.

6. Please avoid sending gifts that could be damaged or spoiled.

 

The support regulations and procedures will be effective from September 13, 2024.
